About
The Department of Families, Fairness and Housing awarded a contract to a panel of providers (refer to spreadsheet) for investigation and review services.
The panel conducts misconduct investigations where internal capacity is lacking or where external conduct is preferable, and also handles fraud and corruption investigations referred by IBAC and the Victorian Ombudsman.
This panel model allows the department to access specialized investigative expertise on an as-needed basis, ensuring independence and capacity for sensitive cases.
