The pre-qualification related to the PTA Urban Art Program 2026–2029, following the 2024–25 program which had transformed more than 2,100 m² of public transport infrastructure through nine large-scale murals by twelve artists.

The award placed (W)RENSCAPE CREATIVE on a pre-qualified artist register that provided access to future mural commissions delivered through the PTA Urban Art Program across Western Australia; the invitation for pre-qualification had been open to mural artists with a connection to Western Australia, including artists at all career stages based locally, nationally and internationally.
