About
Port Arthur Historic Site Management Authority awarded a contract to Australian Tourist Park Management for the lease-based assumption of management of the Port Arthur Garden Point Caravan Park, effective from 1 September 2010.
The agreement required continuation of the existing caravan park operation, further development of the existing caravan park, and provided an option to develop an additional portion of adjoining land.
The lease specified high standards of business development and management, product development and service provision consistent with PAHSMA's statutory frameworks and the organisation's heritage values and conservation obligations.
