About
Glen Eira City Council awarded a contract to ETEN for the lease of two existing café premises at GESAC and Carnegie Memorial Swimming Pool, both owned and operated by Council.
The tenant will manage and operate the café businesses for members and guests of the Centres.
GESAC receives 1.8 million visits per annum and reopened in January 2025; Carnegie Memorial Swimming Pool recorded 400,000 visits to September 2025.
