About
Department of Health and Human Services awarded a contract to Tassie Home Loans Pty Ltd for the management and administration of loans in the Home Ownership portfolio.
The contract covered loans established to promote home ownership for low-income Tasmanians under the Home Ownership Assistance Program, Home Purchase Schemes, Long Term Purchase Contracts and mortgages.

The contract term was five years with a discretionary extension of a further five years.
