About
Department of Health and Human Services awarded a contract to GHD Pty Ltd for technical review and advisory services for the RHH Redevelopment.
GHD undertook reviews, as and when required, of subcontract construction documentation produced by the Design Consultants under the management of the Managing Contractor.
It provided technical advice, as and when required, regarding changes to the briefed requirements proposed by the Managing Contractor and/or the Design Consultants, and provided other technical advice to the State for the Project.
The contract reflected an on‑call specialist consultancy engagement to deliver independent technical review and change‑management advice during a major hospital redevelopment, supporting government oversight of contractor-managed design work.
