About
Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions for WA awarded a contract to Working Life (Rangdon Pty Ltd) for the provision of a confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for ODPP employees and their immediate family members, which included short-term counselling, management support and critical incident response, delivered on an as-required basis.
The EAP was provided as an established component of ODPP’s obligations under the Work Health and Safety Act 2020 (WA) and reflected ODPP’s commitment to staff wellbeing.
The contract documented ODPP’s approach to meeting its WHS obligations by engaging a provider to deliver confidential short-term counselling, management support and critical incident response for staff and their immediate family.
