Government Employees Superannuation Board of WA awarded a contract to Property Australia Management (THE TRUSTEE FOR THE PROPERTY AUSTRALIA MANAGEMENT TRUST) for reserved parking bays at Pier Street to secure proximate car parking for staff following GESB's relocation from Level 5 Central Park to L30 David Malcolm Justice Centre in March 2017.
The record noted GESB had requested seven car bays on tenancy to the new building but was allocated three (only two available for use), which led GESB to procure five additional bays near 28 Barrack Street from Wilson Parking while seeking a longer‑term nearby solution.
