Customer Delivery & Transformation Division awarded a contract to CORELOGIC ASIA PACIFIC for the provision of residential and commercial property datasets to the Business Insights Hub (BIH), Data Analytics Centre (DAC) for 12 months.
The dataset includes historic data up to 10 years for residential property market trends and 5 years for commercial property data and residential market indices.
The data will be used to understand confidence, experience, sentiment, and performance measures from customer experience and business sentiment surveys.
CoreLogic is a dominant provider of property data in Australia, and this contract underscores the government's reliance on commercial data vendors to enrich survey-based insights with objective market indicators.
