The work amended PTA’s existing Change Management Risk Assessment and approval workflow, including an additional technical (architecture) review for Change Requests meeting specified conditions; improved compliance for supporting documentation; enabled capture of Risk Mitigation aligned to the "Risk" used in Project records; improved links to critical applications and infrastructure via Service Offerings; and provided links to CI updates.
The Security Operations scope implemented the ServiceNow SECOPS Security Incident Response application only and integrated that application with Microsoft Sentinel and Tenable.
The contract combined ITSM change-management and risk-assessment improvements with a focused ServiceNow SECOPS SIR deployment, highlighting an operational emphasis on aligning change controls with security incident workflows and integration to Microsoft Sentinel and Tenable.
