About
Public Transport Authority awarded a contract to Dowsing Group (Dowsing Group Pty Ltd) for the replacement of perimeter fencing at the Edgewater sub-feeder station due to age and deterioration.
The work was intended to enhance aesthetics, durability and the safety of high-voltage assets and PTA staff.
The scope included removal of existing fencing, preparation of new footings, installation of new fencing, installation of crash barriers and related finishing work.
All work was completed in accordance with PTA Specification 8803-000-002 Maintainability and Constructability and any associated PTA specifications.
