Department of Housing and Works awarded a contract to Castledex (Castledex Pty Ltd) for the supply, delivery and installation of furniture for the administration and common areas of Common Ground Mandurah.

The project related to a development comprising 50 self-contained apartments together with communal areas, on-site support services and commercial space, and specified accessibility for people with disabilities, ageing-in-place considerations and culturally responsive design for the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community.

The contract was for works under category A - Furniture in accordance with the Furniture, White Goods and Electrical Appliance CUAFWE2024 framework.

The department provided a list of items on the CUAFWE2026 spreadsheet and supplied attachment 1, which outlined delivery details, locations and floor plans (floor plans were included in a zip file); the attachment referenced Paul Upton ([email protected]) for file access issues.
