The award followed a completed proof‑of‑concept where Oracle GoldenGate was chosen over an alternative, indicating selection based on demonstrated live-data replication capability; the contract adopted a limited initial licence footprint with an explicit re-evaluation point and a potential pathway to scale via the Oracle CUA.
