Moira Shire Council awarded a contract to Align Work Health for the delivery of a workplace health and wellbeing program focused on preventing workplace injury through early intervention and health management.

The program aimed to increase productivity, decrease sick leave and absenteeism, reduce staff turnover, improve employee attraction and retention, enhance return on training investment, and lower the risk of accidents, workers' compensation claims, and health-related litigation.

Direct employee benefits included improved morale, job satisfaction, motivation, mental alertness, energy levels, reduced stress and illness, and better prevention of workplace injuries and chronic diseases.
