About
An Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation (ACCO) is sought to deliver culturally safe, trauma-informed and Aboriginal-led Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) and Social and Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) throughcare supports for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in custody and transitioning to the community. Services must operate across custodial and community settings within the pilot locations of Kempsey/Mid North Coast and Wellington/Dubbo, delivering integrated AOD and SEWB support and establishing coordinated throughcare pathways in collaboration with Corrective Services NSW custodial centres, Community Corrections, Elders and local stakeholders. The provider must implement data collection, reporting and evaluation processes aligned with DCJ requirements, including quarterly reporting on service delivery, participant engagement, wellbeing outcomes and continuity of care.
