About

The Corporation of the City of Campbelltown is seeking Expressions of Interest from a Lead Consultant to provide end-to-end design, procurement and delivery services for the sustainable energy transformation of ARC Campbelltown. The project comprises integration of a new 360kW high-efficiency heat pump into the existing gas hot water heating and building management system, a new 600kWDC/500kWAC solar shaded car park, and a 600kW/1MWh battery energy storage system (BESS). The Lead Consultant may be a single entity or a consortium and is expected to provide or coordinate design, engineering, supply, installation, construction, commissioning and handover and act as the single point of accountability to Council. A mandatory site briefing will be held at 9:30am on 7/5/26 at ARC Campbelltown, 531 Lower North East Rd, Campbelltown.
