About

City of Tea Tree Gully is seeking a supplier for the design and construction of a modern Waterworld Splash Park. The project will deliver a splash park intended to be a major draw card to the centre and will include four distinct but connected zones: an entry plaza, a toddler pool, water play towers and splash pad, and shaded seating. The project is required to be complete and fully operational by 24 September 2027.

Insight

This opportunity is best suited to design–build teams with experience delivering aquatic play or recreational park projects that integrate multiple connected zones. Key considerations include meeting the firm completion and operational deadline of 24 September 2027 and delivering a high-quality facility that serves as a major draw card.
