About
Metro South Health is seeking a suitably qualified Principal Contractor to deliver the Princess Alexandra Hospital Prosthetics, Orthotics and Podiatry Services (POPS) Project under a Design and Construct contract. The work includes reviewing and completing the existing approximately 80% detailed design, upgrading and replacing critical workshop mechanical, electrical and associated building services infrastructure, construction of supporting plant and building works, and carrying out commissioning and handover within a live hospital environment; the upgrade will address deficiencies in dust extraction, fume extraction, ventilation, cooling and air balancing systems to provide a safe, compliant and fit-for-purpose clinical manufacturing environment that supports current and future operational requirements.
