HSNSW is seeking a supplier for a modern Linen Management Solution (LMS) to provide the operational and transactional capability required to manage statewide linen services, delivering real-time data, improved visibility of linen movement and inventory, secure information flows and standardised processes to support evidence-based decision-making, demand planning and continuous improvement. The procurement will test the market for an integrated solution covering customer billing, order management, cost accounting, inventory management, master catalogue management, linen service operations, operational reporting and secure, API-enabled integration with NSW Health enterprise systems; asset tracking, RFID, advanced analytics and customer relationship management are noted as important complementary capabilities. This Stage 1 open EOI is intended for market discovery, to test supplier capability and to inform the desired future state, potential scope, delivery approach and commercial model; it will not result in a contract award and does not create any financial commitment by NSW Health, with a Stage 2 limited Request for Proposal expected to be issued to shortlisted respondents.
