About

The Advanced Strategic Capabilities Accelerator (ASCA) is seeking suppliers to develop and demonstrate modular, scalable land tactical power solutions under the Land Distributed Tactical Power Management Challenge, a collaborative initiative between Australia and the United Kingdom. Respondents should address one or more Desired Capability Effects: DCE 1 seeks a low-signature, modular power capability to support dispersed company-level operations for up to 72 hours independently of higher-echelon power sources, and may include power generation, energy storage, energy replenishment and power distribution functions to support company, platoon and section levels; DCE 2 seeks a modular, scalable tactical edge power capability to enable platoons, sections and individual soldiers to operate for up to 48 hours without reliance on company-level replenishment, and may include local power generation, energy storage, energy harvesting, battery exchange or energy replenishment functions, with multiple DCE 2 systems able to meet platoon-level needs.
