Destination NSW is seeking a supplier to provide integrated Site Safety Services for Vivid Sydney, including planning, management and delivery of event safety across all Vivid Sydney event precincts for the 2027, 2028 and 2029 festivals, with two one-year options for 2030 and 2031. The supplier will be responsible for the development, implementation and continuous review of integrated operational safety plans and for providing a team of experienced Safety Officers to oversee safe bump-in, live event operations and bump-out, supporting the safe and effective planning, organisation and delivery of this major public event that attracts significant local, interstate and international visitation.
