Department of Treasury and Finance awarded a contract to Fujitsu Australia Limited for application management services for the Revenue Information Online (RIO) revenue management system.

The Agreement specified ongoing application management support as detailed in the contract's Schedule 3 (Statement of Requirements and Specification Services) and Schedule 4 (Service Description).

Certain information and provisions were recorded as confidential under Clause 18.1, including Schedule 1 Items 1, 3, 11 and 19, Schedule 2 (Prices and Billing), Schedule 3 and Schedule 4; the Treasurer approved Clause 18.1 for the purposes of clause 13(2) of Schedule 1 of the Freedom of Information Act 1991 (SA).

The published record did not disclose the total contract value due to that confidentiality.

A contract variation executed on 31 October 2024 removed the services of the Solution Architect effective 1 November 2024 for the remainder of the Agreement and reduced the total contract value.
