The contractor provided leadership and direction for multiple projects and programs, reported directly to the A/Portfolio Director, managed, engaged and developed project team members, directed the initiation, planning, design, build and implementation of designated projects and related technologies, worked through issues with project managers, teams and stakeholders, and ensured alignment of projects with the overall Bluegum Health Transformation Strategy.
The Department engaged external specialist program leadership to coordinate multiple projects and maintain strategic alignment across the Bluegum Health Transformation portfolio.
