The Urban Renewal Authority (trading as Renewal SA) awarded a contract to SEM Group of Companies for construction works on the Lot 338 TAFE Car Park (Separable Portion 1) and the MAB Loading Bay Car Park (Separable Portion 2) at Tonsley Innovation District.

The Lot 338 TAFE Car Park scope included bulk earthworks, subgrade preparation, hot-mix asphalt pavement construction and kerbing, stormwater and drainage infrastructure, lighting, line-marking, and landscaping to deliver 93 formalised parking spaces.

The MAB Loading Bay Car Park scope involved cleaning concrete pavement, sealing cracks and joints, applying a protective base layer, new asphalt surface, and localised patching to provide 51 formalised spaces.

The contract value was AUD 1,330,847.1.
