Department of Communities awarded a contract to Quantum Consulting Australia (Quantum Consulting Australia Pty Ltd) for monitoring and evaluation services related to primary prevention of family and domestic violence initiatives and the Respectful Relationships Sport and Recreation Program.
The consultant developed a high-level Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Framework for all primary prevention FDV programs funded by Communities, and developed and implemented an M&E Framework for the 2-year pilot RRSR Program, including an evaluation of the program.
This contract reflects a growing emphasis on evidence-based policy in social programs, with independent consultants playing a key role in measuring impact and guiding future funding decisions.
