About
Department of Justice awarded a contract to Odyssey House Victoria for a state-wide peer education program in Victorian prisons.
The program involves developing a service model to train prisoner peer educators in alcohol and other drug issues and to provide family support services across Victoria.
This contract reflects a rehabilitative approach within the corrections system, leveraging peer education to address substance abuse and family support, which can reduce recidivism.
