About
DCJ is seeking a non-government organisation to deliver the Extended Reintegration Service (ERS), providing coordinated, intensive post-release support to people recently released from custody who are subject to Community Corrections supervision, are at risk of homelessness and have significant, complex needs. The ERS aims to help participants secure and sustain stable accommodation, engage with health and community services, and address factors linked to homelessness and reoffending through holistic, person-centred case management aligned with each offender's case plan and by facilitating access to mainstream and specialist services. ERS provides cross-agency support for up to 12 months, including up to three months pre-release and up to nine months post-release. This notice is an advance advisory; the estimated tender release date is Monday 26th October 2026.
