Corrective Services NSW is seeking a supplier for post-release support services to individuals recently released from custody and on community orders. The Initial Transitional Support (ITS) program delivers up to 12 weeks of targeted, evidence-based interventions aligned with each participant's individual case plan to enhance case management during the critical post-release period. ITS focuses on stabilisation, reintegration and reducing criminogenic risk factors by facilitating access to mainstream community services that address identified needs such as housing, employment, health, education and social support, with the aim of strengthening participants' capacity to reintegrate and reduce the likelihood of reoffending.
