About
Corrective Services NSW is seeking a qualified and accredited Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation (ACCO) to deliver a post-release place-based accommodation and support centre for Aboriginal people re-integrating into community. The service must deliver a transitional residential housing model with holistic, person‑centred and trauma‑informed coordinated care, including intensive case management, referral pathways and service provisions that target alcohol and other drugs (AOD) use, dual diagnosis, mental health, social and emotional wellbeing (SEWB), housing, employment readiness and educational pathways. The program will provide cultural activities, transport, support for maintaining engagement with Community Corrections and strong partnerships with external service providers across AOD, mental health, health, SEWB, housing, employment and education.
