About

DCJ is seeking non-government organisations to deliver post-release supported accommodation and case management under the CSNSW Funded Partnership Initiative (FPI) Transitional Supported Accommodation (TSA) program for people recently released from custody who are at risk of homelessness. The TSA program provides up to 12 weeks of supported accommodation aligned with an individual's CSNSW case plan, delivers evidence-based interventions to address factors associated with reoffending, assists participants to access mainstream community services and secure longer-term stable housing, and supports reintegration into the community to reduce risk of reoffending.

This is aimed at non-government organisations able to provide post-release supported accommodation and case management that align with CSNSW case plans. Key considerations include delivering up to 12 weeks of accommodation, using evidence-based interventions to address criminogenic risk factors, and assisting participants to access mainstream services and secure longer-term housing.
