Corrective Services NSW is seeking a supplier for delivery of post-release supported accommodation services to individuals recently released from custody who are on community orders and at risk of homelessness. The Transitional Supported Accommodation (TSA) program provides supported accommodation and case management aligned with each individual's CSNSW case plan for up to 12 weeks post-release, delivering evidence-based interventions that address factors associated with reoffending and support successful reintegration into the community. Service providers are responsible for assisting participants to access mainstream community services and secure longer-term stable housing that meets their needs and addresses criminogenic risk factors.
