Landgate awarded a contract to Kinetic IT Pty Ltd for the provision of ServiceNow licences, entitlements, subscription services and platform support.
Landgate was the end user of an existing ServiceNow arrangement that had been managed by a Service Provider, which previously engaged a contractor to supply ServiceNow subscriptions, entitlements and platform upgrades.
The procurement established a new direct contract arrangement between Landgate and Kinetic IT for ServiceNow license subscriptions and related support and upgrade services.
