About

Department of Health awarded a contract to Cathara Consulting Pty Ltd for acting Portfolio Director services for the Bluegum Portfolio within the Bluegum Health Transformation (Contract 15663).

The contract provided strategic leadership and direction to ensure multiple large-scale, highly complex projects were planned, managed and delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with Bluegum and government priorities.

The role worked closely with the Chief Clinical Information Officer, the Chief Information Officer and the Director – Digital Health to drive integration of new functions and responsibilities to support the successful delivery of projects.
