The contractor provided strategic leadership and direction, ensured multiple large-scale and highly complex projects were planned, managed and delivered on time and within budget, and aligned project delivery with Bluegum and government priorities.
The role worked closely with the A/Chief Clinical Information Officer, the Chief Information Officer and the Executive Director – Digital Health Delivery to drive integration of new functions and responsibilities and support successful project delivery.
The award reflected the Department's use of external executive-level consultancy to provide cross-functional leadership and integrate clinical and digital health governance for complex transformation projects.
