About
The Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions awarded a contract to EASTMAN POLETTI SHERWOOD ARCHITECTS (EASTMAN POLETTI SHERWOOD PTY LTD) for architectural services for the design and development of small and large shade shelters, toilet facilities, an operations base to support DBCA and Fisheries management, and associated site works and services.
The construction stage will be tendered separately, with all infrastructure completed by 30 June 2021.
This contract covers the design phase only, with construction to follow under a separate tender, indicating a phased approach to infrastructure development.
