About

Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development awarded a contract to Maganda Makers Ltd for delivery of the Kimberley Women’s Collective - Bushfood Foundations of Leadership program.

The contract was funded through the Aboriginal Business Leadership Initiative (ABLI) and engaged Maganda Makers Ltd to provide business development and leadership activities focused on the bushfood, bush products, and botanicals sector across the Kimberley.

The scope specified a suitably qualified and experienced provider in business development for bush products and botanicals, with the objective of increasing leadership capacity and capability to establish and grow viable and sustainable businesses in regional Western Australia.

The initiative was targeted at female-led Aboriginal enterprises in the Kimberley.
