The contract provided a new administration and maintenance facility to be occupied by PTA Network & Infrastructure and included design, supply, delivery, installation, alterations, additions, testing, commissioning and warranty of all architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, communications and security services as outlined in the Scope of Work & Technical Criteria and reference design drawings.
