Department of Health awarded a contract to SHAPE Australia Pty Ltd for the Principal Contractor role on the Kings Meadows Community Health Centre Redevelopment (IS-789).
The works included demolition of the existing Joan Marshall Building and construction of a new building that prioritised the delivery of 18 renal dialysis bays, and modifications to the surrounding car parking area to improve building entry and egress and associated amenities.
The scope also included a new undercover patient and visitor drop-off zone, a landscaped courtyard to the rear of the new building, and improvements to the soft landscape across the KMCHC site.
