Project Management Services for Tucker Street Apartments awarded to RCP (SA) Pty Ltd

SA Housing Trust awarded a contract to RCP (SA) Pty Ltd for project management services to deliver the Tucker Street studio apartment project.

The role covered management of delivery on a 1,028 m² site (approximately 26 m frontage by 40 m depth) for a 'common ground' style development comprising apartments, on-grade car parking, a reception area, office space and meeting rooms, with practical completion required prior to 30 December 2025.

At the time of award, concept drawings were being developed by an independent architect up until planning consent; SA Housing Trust intended to subsequently conduct competitive tenders for an architect to progress concept to detailed design and for a builder under a fixed-price novated Design and Construct contract.

The contract therefore covered coordination across the design, procurement and construction-preparation stages through to construction handover.
