Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and Environment awarded a contract to LG Valuation Services Pty Ltd for the provision of 2016 statutory valuation services for the Flinders Municipal Area.

The supplier completed fresh valuations as at 1 July 2016 for three valuation bases — Land Value, Capital Value and Assessed Annual Value; prepared correspondence and reports arising from objections and queries and, if required, prepared proofs of evidence for court-related actions; and prepared and submitted project plans, documentation and regular reports.

An option was included to undertake supplementary valuations (Land Value, Capital Value and Assessed Annual Value) to 31 January 2017 on a fixed rate schedule of fees, including associated correspondence, reports and potential preparation of proofs of evidence for court-related actions.
