Programmed Facility Management awarded a contract to Outdoor World Wangara (Andantino Pty Ltd) for the supply and installation of workshop roof ventilation (commercial whirly birds) at Transperth bus depots in Jandakot and Rockingham.

The works covered 8 workshop bays at Jandakot and 3 workshop bays at Rockingham and included supply and installation of 22 x 900 mm diameter commercial whirly birds (16 at Jandakot and 6 at Rockingham, generally two per bay).

The scope included matching roof finish colours, meeting the zone wind rating, supplying and installing all necessary pan flashings, sealants, insulation and safety mesh, making good and securing affected roof areas, and removal of all rubbish and debris on completion.

Work locations were to be confirmed onsite and works were to be carried out to avoid impacting depot operations where possible, with coordinated shutdowns approved by Depot Management and PFM and after‑hours or weekend arrangements to be applied as required.

All materials and installation were required to comply with Australian Standards and relevant codes.
