About
Department of Health (Royal Street) awarded a contract to Full Circle Partners (Securitech Consultancy Solutions Pty Ltd) for the provision of a CUA contractor to assist with the implementation of ServiceNow as a Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Tool.
The contract covered a six-month engagement commencing end of October 2024 (dates to be confirmed) to collaborate with the DoH Digital Health SPM Tool Project Management team, ServiceNow and its implementation partner, Health Support Services ICT delivery teams and Health Service Providers.
The contractor was required to implement and deliver the SPM Tool, achieve related ICT outcomes and deliverables within the approved scope, budget and timeframes, provide advisory services and/or independently develop methodologies to meet the outcomes, and was responsible for the work undertaken under the contract.
The award reflected a short-term CUA engagement model intended to bring specialist ServiceNow implementation capability into the Department’s digital health program, indicating preference for suppliers with proven experience in cloud-based portfolio management tool implementations.
