The services were required to reflect the diversity and complexity of the WA disability advocacy sector, including NGOs, advocacy providers, Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations, Aboriginal advocacy bodies, people with lived experience of disability, and government stakeholders.
The scope concentrated on structured stakeholder engagement and evidence‑based sector capability assessment, indicating the recommissioning process relied on detailed engagement, market analysis and implementation planning to shape commissioning, funding and delivery arrangements.
