Youth Support Services for At-Risk Young People in Redcliffe

DFSDSCS awarded a contract to Redcliffe Area Youth Space Incorporated for specialised youth support services in Redcliffe.

The contract, valued at $1,288,333, was procured via RFQ not in P2i.

The supplier provides support to young people lacking protective factors (family, friends, community, school, cultural connections) to help them lead safe, healthy, and active lives.

Services are delivered per the Practice Guide for Youth Support Services (Version 3 - September 2016), using the Youth Wellbeing Common Assessment Tool (CAT) for needs assessment and case planning, and the Youth Support Client Information System (YSCIS) for case management.

Up to $35,000 per annum in brokerage is available for assistance aligned with support plan goals.

Output hours are reported on P2i based on YSCIS performance reports.
