Youth Support Services in Central Queensland by Anglicare

DCSSDS awarded a contract to Anglicare - Central Queensland Limited for specialised support services to young people lacking protective factors, enabling them to lead safe, healthy and active lives.

Workers based in Barcaldine, Blackall and Emerald will deliver services across the catchment area in accordance with the Practice Guide for Youth Support Services (September 2016), using the Youth Wellbeing Common Assessment Tool (CAT) to identify needs and develop tailored case plans, and the Youth Support Client Information System (YSCIS) for client management.

The contract includes $15,500 per annum for brokerage to assist young people in line with support plan goals.

Output hours must be reported on P2i consistent with YSCIS performance reports.

The contract value is $1,760,094, procured via limited method.
