Intensive Family Support and Case Management Services for At-Risk Families

DCSSDS awarded a contract to UnitingCare Community for intensive family support and case management to families with children unborn to 18 years who experience multiple complex needs and are at risk of entry into the statutory child protection system.

The service includes data entry into the Advice Referral and Case Management system (ARC) with monthly updates by the 8th day, and service delivery across the specified geographic catchment area excluding Hughenden and Palm Island, with a staffing presence in the Burdekin catchment (Ayr and Burdekin SA2s) through permanent staff, dedicated travel days, or other models.

The contract value is $6,399,347 and was procured via a limited method.
