Youth Support Services for At-Risk Young People in Winton

DCSSDS awarded a contract to Winton Shire Council for specialised support services to young people in Winton who lack protective factors such as family, friends, community, school, and cultural connections, enabling them to lead safe, healthy, and active lives.

The support is delivered in accordance with the Practice Guide for Youth Support Services (September 2016), using the Youth Wellbeing Common Assessment Tool (CAT) to identify needs and develop tailored individual case plans.

Client information is recorded on the Youth Support Client Information System (YSCIS), and output hours are reported on P2i consistent with YSCIS performance reports.

The contract value is $55,766, procured through a limited process.
