About
DCSSDS awarded a contract to LiveBetter Services Limited for specialised services and support to young people in Monto and surrounding communities who are not supported by protective factors, enabling them to lead safe, healthy and active lives.
The support is delivered in accordance with the Practice Guide for Youth Support Services (October 2019), using the Youth Wellbeing Common Assessment Tool (CAT) to identify needs and develop tailored individual case plans, and the Youth Support Client Information System (YSCIS) for client management.
